Background and Experience

My work is based on the understanding that change begins where perception and understanding are given space.

I am a physician, executive coach and organizational consultant with international management and leadership experience in healthcare, insurance and service-oriented companies.

In these contexts, I have made strategic decisions and been involved in structural change.

This experience informs my understanding of organizations both as structuring systems and as relational spaces in which people make decisions, assume roles and shape collaboration
